Not only did he find the perfect buyer and close it in under 30 days, but he also meticulously followed through with every step of the process. Orreste Leccese is a terrible property manager. i have paid my rent on time for more than 4 months i’ve submitted requests to fix my leaking fridge, ac with holes to the outside i covered with tinfoil, and huge roaches from my apartment i clean every single day. he has done nothing about it and when i try to contact him during office house he ignores me. any time i have spoken with him on the phone he is extremely disrespectful. be ware for 535 nw 7 st property

Blanca Palomo is the worst “leasing agent/manager”. Whatever she is referred to as. Upon viewing the apartment, there was no one with me. The realtor told me to go view it. The door was unlocked. So I had not met anyone until it was time for me to sign paperwork and that was with some realtor who was NOT Blanca. I lived here for two years with construction going on for all two years. Nowhere did anyone mention that. Also, no one mentioned I wouldn’t have access to my balcony for the first year either. I didn’t find out what was going on until I was already moved in and I called the office to which they told me. After I paid first, last and security. I renewed after one year because the windows were being replaced and I was under the impression that was it for the construction. it was not.
