Beach Place Apartments

Management must take firm and immediate action to control tenants who party loudly after midnight. Residents have every right to enjoy their days off, but never at the expense of disturbing others. Respect and quiet hours are non-negotiable.

I lived in Beach Place and would not recommend it. The elevator is constantly broken and I got stuck several times. The jacuzzi rarely works, and the gym equipment is half broken with no maintenance at all. Both the main door and the door to access the seaside are almost always broken, which makes the building unsafe. When you report issues to the staff, they simply don’t care. And the chief maintenance always blames you, even when the problem comes from a 50-year-old machine. Overall, terrible management and very poor building conditions.

Our experience at Beach Place Apartments was unfortunately overshadowed by the attitude of the front desk receptionist, Amy. While the property itself has potential, Amy’s manner made my experience unnecessarily unpleasant. She was inflexible and unhelpful, and her tone toward guests came across as surprisingly hostile for a hospitality setting. Afterward, I spoke with several other guests on the premises, and it was disappointing to learn that many had experienced similar interactions with her. It’s unfortunate, as a welcoming and professional reception can make all the difference in a guest’s stay. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the location and facilities deserve staff who reflect their quality.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Amy was deeply upsetting. From the moment I politely asked about using the grill, she responded with hostility and rude behavior, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Her attitude was completely inappropriate for someone in a hospitality role. What’s worse, I asked for a bit of help regarding my father, who has Parkinson’s, hoping for some understanding or support. Instead of offering any kind of solution or even basic kindness, Amy treated us with coldness and disrespect. It was shocking and hurtful. No guest should be made to feel this way, especially when dealing with a vulnerable situation. Someone like her should not be working in customer service

This house is disgusting. I see cockroaches every day! And this is not a small kitchen cockroach, they are huge, we do not live on the 1st floor, they are here in the walls, everywhere ! I'm trying to kill them with everything I can, but nothing helps! The administration doesn't care. Don't move into this horror!
