just visiting a friend. old buildings housing low income families. they allow pets, children and the upkeep has gotten better. tenants are relatively happy with management.

Haven’t lived there in years but for current and future tenants... they’re being sued for scamming people out of their deposits. During my time there they cycled through managers like clockwork. One of the managers was really into racial nepotism and basically groomed people of the same ethnicity in order to keep future managers positions looking very “homogeneousy”. Don’t even get me started on their deluded idea of maintenance. Because they didn’t take any of the tenants maintenance issues seriously there was always an issue of BLACK MOLD and WATER DAMAGE! Also, don’t expect to be welcome by your neighbors unless you look like them and speak their language....

If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. I’ve lived here for over 10 years, and this is hands down the worst management this property has ever had. For more than a decade, there were never any issues about having plants on the patio. Now suddenly, after new management took over, we’re being told we can only have 3 plants? It’s ridiculous, petty, and clearly shows how out of touch management is. Since the new property manager arrived, this place has gone downhill fast. Instead of making the community better, management has created unnecessary stress, pointless rules, and constant tension for long-time residents. They seem more interested in controlling people and causing problems than actually doing their job. The rules are inconsistent, unfair, and seem to be enforced onl
