My wife and I have invested in First Trust Deed loans with BaySierra Financial, Inc. for several years. It has been a very positive experience with no delinquencies or defaults. The reports and payments are on time and accurate. Best of all, we have found the owners, Stacy Robles and Bobby Ritter, to be completely trustworthy and candid in all of their communications with my wife and me. My wife and I have had only positive experiences with Bay Sierra and would suggest you consider them if you are looking to invest in private real estate trust deeds. Bobby and Stacey will answer all your questions and they believe there are no silly questions. We particularly appreciate their integrity and professionalism. We have not participated in their fund but rather individual trust deeds such as single family residential, warehouse, commercial, vacant commercial lots and medical buildings.
