Pam is amazing! She’s unbelievably nice and has been so incredibly helpful and patient , taking the time to answer all of my questions and being so thorough making sure that I know everything I need to know before I move there. She holds your hand through the whole process from start to finish, goes above and beyond and I am so grateful.

This has been one of the best neighborhoods I’ve ever lived in throughout all my years! From the start of my lease to the very end, the BH Management team—especially Pam, my go-to point of contact—was consistently responsive, communicative, and informative. Her professionalism, warmth, and prompt attention to any questions or concerns truly made a difference in my living experience. Front office, 5 stars. They both really worked hard in making a successful move in on short notice. Maintenance really gets after it when needed. House was a 2. No AC, outlets popped out in kitchen, doorbell had no power and one fan had an issue. These issues did not exist a few days away from our last walkthrough. So I’ll call it bad timing. Lots of kids. Really quit and nice people. Happy to be here and very convenient to all the local stores.

I’ve been at Bayport Place for a year and just recently renewed for another year. It was super fast easy and convenient. I love the community. I’ve made some great friends here, my children have also made lots of friends and they love it here. Aside from a handful of the same people driving ridiculously fast in the Community for whatever reason, I don’t really have complaints and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

From application to move in everything was fast easy and stress free! Anthony and Pam are great and always available to answer any questions or concerns, super accommodating and understanding and I’m thankful to have found this place to call home
