The office staff is lovely. They are the saving grace. Here is a list of the days that the water was out in the last month for and average of over 8 hours a day: 12/30/2025 12/31/2025 1/14/2026 1/20/2026 1/22/2026

Mills and Bambi are the sweetest and so helpful! The property was very clean, well kept and quiet! This property does things right!

I don’t live back here but I applied I got approve, but I had an issue I had to deal with and they understood so she told me to reapply in 30 days.I didn’t .The apartment had mold in the bathroom they came spray paint it,They smoke,they sell drugs.This what I see when I come here,you can’t even sit outside cause what ever they smoke is so strong you have to go back in the house. U have to place to park,they have cars and trucks haven’t move for awhile it’s in the same spot.I come visit my daughter,but on the end of July she had to have an emergency C-section and her boyfriend was the only provider and he haven’t work for the last two weeks cause he was with her in the hospital,and they just ask for more time to pay rent you know what they said they told her no no no ,and then serve her wit
