Bayfront on Sand Lake Apartments

TOWED CAR FROM LOADING ZONE I am a resident at Bayfront on Sand Lake Apartments, and I want to share my experience with the parking/towing situation because it has become a repeated issue. • 1st time: This one was my mistake, I take responsibility for it. • 2nd time: My vehicle was towed even though I had a temporary parking sticker displayed. • 3rd time: My vehicle was towed again while I had a valid parking sticker clearly visible, and the car was parked near Building 1 only because my wife was unloading items to our apartment. What makes this frustrating is that each time I reported the issue, management did not provide any real solution or support, and nothing changed. I was one of the first residents at Bayfront, and I can absolutely say this community lives up to the Best Apartment Community in Orlando they keep winning. Great location, great management team and solidly built, well planned apartments. Chris, Marco, Leeanne and Suzy are a fantastic bunch - it says something that I have neighbors that followed them from the previous complex they all previously worked at to move to Bayfront when they opened. They are a really decent group who care and are really responsive and honest. If there's a problem, they have always tried to fix it. They don't skimp on keeping the community clean and in good repair. They do shampoo the carpets and wash the stairwells annually, something I have not seen other apartments stay on top of. posting again since this somehow keeps disappearing…. Our experience at Bayfront was not as pleasant as we had hoped, and unfortunately our move-out process has been the most disappointing part of all. From day one of our lease, the hallway carpets were stained with dog urine and smelled strongly. This was something we noticed almost daily during our time here. We brought it up to management, but the issue was never resolved, only generic reminders about pet policies were sent, and the carpets were rarely cleaned. I’ve included two photos so others can see what we mean. Another major concern was a maintenance worker who was caught on camera looking through our personal belongings during a scheduled AC inspection. We moved here from Miami & have been tenants since February 2024 and we absolutely LOVE it here!! There is not 1 complaint from us. The leasing office staff are AMAZING and attentive. Maintenance always make themselves available, respectful and make sure we are happy with anything they complete in our unit. The entire community is always kept clean from the outside to the pool, elevators & hallways. Our neighbors are all friendly and considerate with others. We most definitely made a great decision on choosing Bayfront as our home when we moved from cRaZy Miami. 🤭
