We believe that the deductions made from our security deposit are unlawful and unacceptable. We did not cause any damage to the carpets, the balcony railing paintings. In fact, we would have cleaned the carpets to make them look brand new if the inspection had happened in front of us while leaving in the notice period. Bayco has a history of treating tenants poorly, not conducting proper inspections with the principals present to discuss damage costs. Instead, they seem to approve maximum deductions for their preferred vendors, effectively cheating the tenants. This kind of practice must be stopped to ensure fairness and transparency. Fantastic property management company. Very professional, responsive and quick to handle any issues. I lived at one of their properties for over 5 years. Recently moved out and received my entire deposit back because I left the apartment in decent shape. I believe that anyone who is complaining about their deposit likely didn’t leave their apartment in good shape. I once saw how a unit was left and I was shocked at how my neighbor lived. No wonder they had money taken out of their deposit! Their unit was gross and needed lots of work to get back to a rentable state.

These people are a nightmare. The worst decision I ever made in my life was leasing an apartment through Casa Del Amo. Corrupt and dishonest people. They will steal your security deposit upon moving out and charge you bogus fees. I’m not surprised if there’s a a lawsuit brought against this company soon for their dishonesty. Run away from these people.

Let me start off to say if your apartment building is run by these crooks please go elsewhere. These crooks will lie and try to “Threaten you “ to sign a new lease even after you have satisfied your lease and a year has passed. Also they will steal your deposit and add on a bunch of bogus claims.
