Great place to live. Linda and Chris are awesome to talk to about any issues you have, they handle everything professionally. Maintenance Tony and Scott take care of any maintenance repairs so quick you have to tell them to wait to show up. Quick and attentive. Property is always well maintained dumpsters are emptied a couple of times a week, trash is picked up around the property a couple of times a week. Landscape is maintained and groomed depending on time of year more often than other times of year. Natalia is the activities director she has bingo for the adults, you can win money off on rent. She does so much for the kids at Bay village such as holiday parties, games, tye dye shirts,cook outs, Djs and homework clubs. Sandy beach is two streets away. Can see the sunset and water at h

I am so grateful for the amazing management here, especially Linda. She went above and beyond to help me move in even during a holiday and was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire process. She truly made me feel welcomed, like family, not just another tenant. The property is beautifully maintained, with spotless common areas and shiny clean hallways. This is a wonderful, healthy environment and an amazing place to raise kids. I would recommend this place a thousand times over. I am so blessed to be living here and starting this new chapter with such a caring, supportive management team it genuinely means more to me than words can express❤️

I am so grateful Tony fixed my refrigerator. Maintenance is always on top of things and the office is very helpful and nice. I LOVE IT HERE.

The application process has honestly been really nice so far. Chris has helped me so much, and even with the language barrier (English not my first language) he’s always patient and tries his best to explain everything to me. If the process has been this good, I can only imagine how great it’ll be to actually live here.

Great staff management! They’re professionall and kind! I have visited with my family, I applied for a 2 beds! One thing I recommend if they could have fitness gym! It would be a GOAT, no Appartment could challenge them!
