Been the worst experience renting here these individuals had made it hard on us to even enjoy the rental here. NOT RECOMMEND!! Beware filth and trash on a constant basis from neighbor and constant screaming at kids. Management was the worst and not as they seem. If your looking for a better place to live this ain't it.

Management WILL keep your deposit and will threaten if you take her to court don’t be afraid and SUE! She has no power over the judge

Stay away, this is a terrible facility. The buildings are run down, have leaks and they don’t bother trying to fix anything. If you ask for a work order for something, the manager lies and says she’ll “send someone” to fix it, which never happens. They prioritize new people’s apartments in order to lure them in and at the end screw them over after living there for a while. They love to raise the rent prices very often including for people who have been there for years. The pool has been closed for 5 years now due to the lazy manager Cira not wanting to maintain it. There are roaches in the pool area, and other pests around the outside and inside the apartments complexes as well, and when it comes to parking - forget about it! People will take your parking spot even though it’s marked with

Yup def a toothfaced!!! like someone said in the reviews i called bc i need a maintenance request done for the second time and she told me not to call back if my manager doesn’t do anything! DONR RENT FROM LEGACY MNGMT SERVICE INC. all there apartments are old, with mold and roaches and a lot of cats in the parking you’re better off renting somewhere else, Super high prices for a old apartment with no maintenance

Horrible, old, leaky apartments, unprofessional and rude manager (Cira) that never fixes any work orders that you put in; roach infested, and stray animals everywhere. This entire complex is literally a circus and Cira is the number one clown. She hates to put in any work, but loves collecting and raising the price of your rent, every month, on the dot.
