Bay State Property Management

Undoubtedly the worst property management company I’ve dealt with. Not one single reframing quality and can never get a hold of anyone. if you are lucky enough to get through to someone, you will be very rudely, and summarily dismissed without addressing any of your concerns.

First time home buy here: I’m convinced Steve has never visited the property because he often did not know anything about our building or even our location. He took months to reply to questions or obtain bids from contractors if he did reply. In the end they resigned and we picked up a new PM. I wish I could have choose the PM before buying. These guys were great to deal with. As a real estate broker, I deal with many management companies, and I can not say that about most of them. All requests for condo documents, budgets, questionnaires and 6D were dealt with in an efficient, timely manner. If every condo HOA had hired these guys, things would move along much smoother when it comes to sales.

Kevin and team are the best of the best. I've worked with a number of management companies. Bay State is professional, responsive, punctual and knowledgeable. I can't recommend Bay State more emphatically.
