Bay Ridge at Nashua Apartments

My boyfriend and I just moved into our new place at Bay Ridge at Nashua Apartments and it has been nothing short of amazing! The destination is incredible, right off of Daniel Webster Highway with every store in extremely close proximity. The complex is aesthetically pleasing and has numerous amenities including a pool, grills and courts. We have a dog and he is loving the new space to meet every pup around with the dog-friendly nature of the complex. The dog park and the super safe and beautiful places to walk have been an added plus! The overall apartment itself is the perfect space that fits our needs incredibly. This is a great place to live! Cozy apartment living,beautiful woods and lots of places to walk my 2 Golden Retrievers! Chris and Karen in the office are terrific and the maintenance staff, Dave etc. are excellent. We love it here.

I have had the best experience with bay ridge. Chris has been so helpful and always quick to respond to any question I’ve had. The property is beautiful and the community is wonderful. My emotional support dog and I have never felt so welcome and accepted. She’s a big girl… a Great Dane who is almost 6 yrs old. Over the years we have lived in many communities but she seems to really like it here. People are kind and friendly and accepting. We are so excited to be here!!

I am so thankful as I just had a house fire. Chris is the best to help my family get temp housing and did what he could for the turn around at the leasing office. He followed up with emails and took my calls and is so patient. Especially when the things were so heightened and so stressful, I appreciate everything. The apartments are clean and updated. Love it here so far.

Really nice and quiet apartments. Facility is well managed. Karen was really helpful with my questions during the house tour and the application process.
