This company is managing my proerty in Maryland for over 4 years now. It is critical to work with an experienced property manager in this company for good results. A couple of years ago, Joseph Moya was assigned as my property manager. Since then, property management and care of both the property owner and the tenants has been great. Joseph is higly responsive to phone calls and emails and resolves issues fast and efficiently. Thanks Joseph!

I strongly urge landlords to stay far away from Bay Property Management Group. My home sat vacant for almost a year under their management, and when they finally notified me of an interested tenant, they provided no information about the applicant. I later discovered they had withheld key details from me during the leasing process and never completed a proper background check. The tenant they placed in my property never paid rent, water bill and ultimately behaved as a squatter, refusing to leave. BMG failed to perform even the most basic due diligence and allowed an unqualified individual to occupy my home. Their negligence has cost me tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees, property damage, and the ongoing eviction process (2.5 years into it). To make matters worse, the property ma

,Lanieleen is exceptional in prompt attention and consideration, a tremendous advertisement for the company and a great asset -- always on top of requests, understanding and attentive. Absolutely a manager who manages with attention to detail and consideratu=ion. Units 201 and 208 should have brass plaques thanking her. Being in such good hands is a great help. She is enormously conscientious.

BMG Management has been a great experience in the 5 years that I have rented. My property manager Louigie Angeles has been very helpful and responsive each time I have reached out for assistance. I have had minimal maintenance issues however, each time has been handled quickly and efficiently.

My experience thus far with Bay property management has been terrible. I increased my property management cost to go with a company who I perceived to be one of DC’s best despite someone in my network warning me. They’re a nice and responsive, I will give them that, but I currently have 3 of the 4 units that they manage are empty. I’ve been with them since August and they haven’t come close to filling a single unit. They simply continue asking me to drop the price, which was obliged on three different occasions without any results. This is the same type of feedback that I got from a friend of mine. They had her property empty for so long and by my standards, if property management can’t fill your units in 4 months max, then they’re failing.
