Bay Pointe at Summerville

Living here is quite nice. Samantha in the office is a delight to work with. Any issues are taken care of swiftly. Pet friendly kid friendly. Very clean mr sam out grounds man makes sure of that. Rent for a 2 bd 2 full bath for under 2k a month is very affordable in today's market. Very happy resident.

I love living here! We moved from another state and had no idea where to begin when looking for apartments. When I came to tour the apartments over a year ago, I was greeted warmly and instantly felt at ease. The property manager made the whole process super easy and fast! The fact that there was no hesitation about us bringing our ESA (Emotional Support Animal)was so nice - that was one of our concerns. The apartments are large and well maintained. We love sitting on our balcony that faces the woods because it feels like we are in a treehouse. The property manager is friendly and truly cares about taking care of the tenants. My husband and I recently moved out after living at Bay Pointe for a year. We considered this place a hidden gem. It felt secluded, yet close to everything we needed. The community manager, Samantha, is very personable and often goes out of her way to be extra helpful. Any issue or question we had was quickly attended to, and the property was well-kept. The apartment itself felt spacious, clean and quiet. We also enjoyed having the dog pen to let our pup burn off some energy.

I absolutely love it here, Samantha is absolutely amazing, the pool is ALWASY clean right after the big storm and a little debris went in the pool the maintenance man Sam was quick and efficient to get it back up and cleaned for the kids and families ❤️ any issue I've had Samantha was on it ! THE ABSOLUTE BEST APARTMENTS/STAFF EVER!!!! Trust and believe....I am retired military, and have definitely had my share of apartments in my lifetime. Samantha Waters is the GREATEST. I promise, I have never met a more professional, helpful property manager. Always going over and beyond, and has such a pleasant, inviting personality! The property maintenance man, Melvin too!
