We moved in with the help of a veterans program February 28th. The apartment was not cleaned as I had said I was going to put contact paper in the kitchen shelves. We were promised a new black dishwasher. We've not seen that. We have requested a new toilet and we just got it last week almost 6 months later. There's a parking lot that the manager said would be removed. I finally put a work order in for it. The office is right next to our apartment so you would think they would see it everyday and remember. Our electricity has gone out almost once a week since we moved here. We were told there's supposed to be a new breaker put in, and then it was the wrong size, and hopefully it is now but we lost power in three quarters of our apartment today. The repair man was supposed to put new blinds

Not providing ANY stars.... My daughter and grandchildren live here and the upkeep is horrific! The apartment manager moved her into an apartment that wasn't cleaned (her and I cleaned it). Rugs were not cleaned, she had them cleaned. The bathtub has a dent in the middle where water pools and doesn't drain. One of two toilets worked, the garbage disposal/kitchen sink had a major leak, dishwasher didn't work. Almost a year later and the disposal/sink are fixed. Still no fix for the dishwasher or tub. And to top it all off... a major roof leak. The 'fix' was to caulk and paint over it rather than fix the roof. Apparently they are unable to find a roofer to make the repair. Current resident. You are being warned - there were electrical fires because of a repair the management has put off for a long time. Do not rent out the 2bd 2 bath building. Issue still not fixed. Started off as just flickering lights, turned into power surges that blew out appliances, surge protectors, lights, and one actually caught fire in unit 109. We all have belongings that need replaced. Edit to add- the owner responded not knowing of the fire. I have photos of the hole burned in the carpet. They knew and they said not to call the fire department because the tenants used the fire extinguisher. Also, the main problem has NOT been repaired and I’m still waiting on the management company to get back to me on when it WILL get repaired. They only did a temporary fix. They need to replac

For over 3 weeks, I provided every piece of information that was requested of me to management. After losing my messages in the archives, (how can you lose messages when it's archived?) I had to keep providing the information time in and time out. Management barely returned calls back and I had to go there multiple times on my lunch break, after work, even asking to take time off to resolve this. I was told the reason I had to jump through so many hoops was because I had no credit, which is understandable, however if I hadn't provided the information at least 3 times and have to call to make sure that management got in contact with my previous rental history and work history (both of which stated I was exemplary renter/employee) it may have never gotten done. I go visit and family there and can't believe how bad the sidewalks are, and the Air conditioning fronts are falling off.They really need to get the upkeep better.
