Bay Meadows Apartments

I have lived here for over a year. I can undoubtedly say my experience has been the best! If my family wasn’t growing and in need of more room I would stay!! Everything has been great from Natalie at the front offices communication and promptness to the maintenance men being quick to fix anything and always making sure the property was clean!! It was always so quiet here and I always felt safe. Thank you so much bay meadows! I will definitely be recommending this property to others!

Bay Meadows in friendswood is a great place to live. The area is nice and quiet, the facilities are well-kept and close to food, groceries, bars, and there is a beautiful park right behind the apartment complex. The maintenance men are very kind and helpful. Any issue I had was fixed darn near immediately. Bay Meadows is also very affordable, especially for the area. Management is kind, professional, and eager to help the residents! I only moved to be closer to work. If you're looking for a great apartment complex that's well-kept, quiet, and affordable in the friendswood area, I would argue that you can't go wrong with Bay Meadows!

Could leave no stars if i could. This place has an insane untreatable roach infestation. Weak office staff can’t allow the exterminator to spray all units in our building due to a tenant not being able to put their pets away. Absolutely ridiculous. My family has been living in hell like this for 6 months now. All they offer is to have pest control come out and bomb the apartment which does nothing but make it worse. They need to treat all units regardless of who lets them in or not. They are living in the walls. I have sealed up every hole and crevice, cleaned this apartment top to bottom, and bought multiple brands of my own bait and treatments and nothing can control them. I have emailed office staff almost weekly and supposedly upper management was going to come out to walk the apartmen

Great place to rent. Nowadays rent can get over pricey. Before I moved here I did my research and there was nothing I could afford. Here at Bay Meadows you get everything. Affordable, Nice, peace and quiet, 1 mile to Kroger, 2 miles to HEB and 2 miles to Baybrook mall. Also it is only 30 min to Houston downtown and 25 min to Kemah. It's a very good area to live. I have been living here for one year now and have not witnessed any crime or anything that would alter my peace. I am so grateful and pleasant for Bay Meadows Apartments and their staff who have been very delightful and helpful to me every time I need it.

Roach infested & MOLD that keeps growing back over & over. Maintenance only paints over the problem…the cabinets are OLD and falling apart. They have this very old stinky smell to them. My garbage disposal stops workings all the time. I put in a work order in going on a month now, it still doesn’t work. My bathroom ceiling is covered in black mold spots at this very moment, today is May 27, 2024. I put in a maintenance request almost a month ago, no one has called or came to fix this issue. I’ve lived here for almost 4 years now and I’m tired of the influx of rent when this apartment is the exact same as when I moved in back in 2020.
