Batavia Village Apartments

My daughter lives here, her neighbors are constantly fighting, the police have been called multiple times, and there seems to be drug activity happening there. The man living in that unit isn’t even on the lease, and this has already been reported several times with no follow-up. My grandbabies have witnessed things no child should ever have to see or hear, just from being outside when these people start fighting. It’s heartbreaking and extremely upsetting to know they’re being exposed to this kind of environment. Since this is a government-funded property, I really don’t understand how these ongoing issues are being allowed to continue. I am not sure what additional steps she can take to protect her children other than moving back in with us. Please look into this, it’s been reported b

Harassment Harassment and discrimination! No one hardly ever picks up the phone and they don't help people that have disabilities here, they give out violations like candy without understanding laws to people that speak up, if you are wiccan or anything other than christian don't move here they discriminate against religions too!!! You cant even have privacy and they gang stalk you and gossip about you, not a good women's community either don't move here for your peace of mind. They don't like me cause I am a witch. Vandalism seems to happen when they get mad or don't like you. The landlord doesn't care there is no more door knob. I could put multiple things of footage up but it would be too much. Apparently the drop box means nothing. you have to physically hand your money orders directly to management or you will be held accountable for late fees from where it sits in the drop box until someone decides to check it. Also the app never has correct amount owed.

The people who own this property are RUDE AS HELL!! They do not care about tenants who live there!! Every blue moon you will catch a landlord in the office to collect the rent!! Other than that they just let the rent go unpaid for months!! Mice everywhere!! Maintenance to things never get fixed in a timely manner!! Tenants will steal your laundry!! Landlords never know when units will be available!! But will promise you some will be available soon!! I got to the point where I was tired of waiting and found something better!! Bottom line these people are just flat out rude!!! And they don’t have a heart for people that rent there!! God does not like ugly and they will receive their karma!!! if i could give zero stars i would. once again this place doesn’t answer their phone, and doesn’t check their voicemails. not to mention the office hours are so out of wack you don't know what they are anymore. plus HUGE ROACH PROBLEMS IN MOST APARTMENTS. maintenance here is a joke, they don't fix anything in a timely manner IF EVER, and they like to walk into peoples homes without warning pest control as well not that its terrible i just thought it was a little weird :)) but please don't come here unless you absolutely have too.
