Ryan Homes at Streamside Ranch & 2-Story

We loved the sales agent, Rachel Weigel, in Batavia’s subdivision. She was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She took us out to the possible homesites, allowing us time to think about what was best for our needs and giving us things to consider. She spent a lot of time showing us the many options we had for our interior and exterior features.

What a wonderful home builder!! From start to finish! The process of buying our new home was so easy. Lori is the best! She is very professional and compassionate about what she is offering through Ryan homes at Streamside. All of our questions were answered with in a timely manner. I especially like how Ryan Homes gives you exactly what you want in a home. Thank you, I will definitely recommend buying a Ryan home.

Lori at Streamside has been amazing. She is quick to respond and super accommodating. She tells it like it is and that is refreshing. I would recommend working with her to anyone looking to build. We are just starting the process but if the work matches their sales rep, we should be good!

I moved a customer to Ryan Homes. There new home was very nice. The subdivision was easy for my moving truck to navigate around. I didn't park in there driveway, they told me it was still to new and the builder had told then not to let the movers or any large box truck to pull on the driveway.
