Basswood Landing Apartments is a top choice for renting in the area. What makes it unique is its cozy townhouse-style layout, strong sense of community, and warm, welcoming atmosphere from day one. Ms. Bethany Moore was incredibly kind from the beginning—she gave an excellent tour and answered all of my questions promptly and honestly. The move-in process was smooth, and every note I had about the unit was addressed within a day of moving in. Maintenance has been very efficient and responsive. I’m definitely excited to call this place home!

Living here has truly been a blessing for me and my kids. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and I feel that my kids are safe playing outdoors. Moving here was, but still is a fresh start for me and my kids. Basswood Landings is overly decent and quick with maintenance. If it’s Gods will, I will be renewing my lease. Thank you guys for comfortable living.

My family and I have been apart of basswood landing ( Emerald cove) since 2019 and we absolutely love it. Kristina really care about her residents and they will work with you especially doing hard times! Bethany is also very helpful and so understanding! Jaedin who is on the maintenance team is friendly and Responds quickly to requests. We will continue to call Basswood our home for the next few years!

I have been a resident of Basswood Landings (Emerald Cove) for a few years. Basswood Landings has become a community of friends that are almost like family. The office staff are courteous and helpful when there is a concern. Most importantly, I feel safe here. There are activities for the residents that help build community. The office manager, Kristina is available to listen and assist with solutions that are for the common good. She has made several changes that have made my living here better.

I've been a resident at Basswood for a while and so far the team has made it a great stay. Any trouble I've had, they're quick to respond to calls or emails. Just like any other apartment complex, you'll have small problems here and there but they try their hardest to resolve them and get everything fixed. The Internet provider sometimes has outages but they're also very good at communicating. The trash pickup service is a plus as well. Otherwise, Adam is awesome and has helped us every step of the way. Thanks!
