RUN DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT LEASE HERE! TRUDY IS HORRIBLE . . .lies about everything . . . Maintenance- hah ..thats a joke! Nothing ever gets fixed and they are never here... there are roaches in the wall ... Who ever actually owns this place - apparently hasn't visited... I've been here for about 6/7months and it was a huge mistake . . . Trudy fixes what she wants to fix and doesn't care.

Love it! Love it! I was very skeptic because of the reviews. However I made the choice to still contact the property manager. Ms. Cami is extremely professional and goes above and beyond to ensure her tenants are comfortable and satisfied. Maintenance is awesome.Chad is on hand and will promptly take care any issue. On sight security is great. Overall if you’re looking for an apartment that is comfortable, convenient to drive to anywhere in Lafayette!!! Basswood apt. Is approximately 4 miles from the downtown area. Approximately 5 miles from the airport and only minutes away from Target shopping center. Also these apartments have all been newly renovated. In closing Cami and her team are doing a phenomenal job.

The AI that answers the phone takes 10 mins to finally transfer you. Also online they are advertising available units for move in now but once you finally are able to be transferred to a human they have no available units because they’re all being renovated.

I've been living here 5 years, and I really like the location. It's pretty quite in this building. The only complaint I have is that the roaches are horrible, no matter how clean you might be,and although pest control comes whatever they are spraying makes them multiply. I was in one apartment and there was mold in it, there was really bad leaks, and the AC wasn't working. I have alot of medical issues so I was moved to another apartment. Been in here for 5 months now and when I first moved in here the AC wasn't working, they fixed that now the Heater isn't working. I understand that these units haven't been change in years, but something needs to be done. I'm sure management wouldn't want their family living in a place that is uncomfortable to live in. Don’t come here. I walk my little dog scared. Because they have lots of Rottweilers and pit bowls running around here. Not to mention they don’t pick up after them. I feel like a prisoner in my own apartment with the roaches. It may look good on the website But Don’t let that fool you.
