They have a real bad mice problem to the point the mice come through the floor

I’ve lived at this property for ten years and until this new resident manager arrived everything has run pretty smoothly. Mrs.D. McDowell is absolutely horrible, very unprofessional and she is never willing to help. She returns e- mails late is not willing to keep the residence safe by viewing camera footage and often says she is extremely busy and leaves work early. I don’t know how she got the position here but the headache isn’t worth it. Living on Benning rd is stressful enough and having added stress due to unqualified staff isn’t worth the headache. I’m happy to be moving, real soon this will be behind me thank God! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Updat since my last complaint against the office staff they have started to retaliate against me by having my second car ticketed and putting in a tow request. The manager Ms. Green is very rude. Bad parking situation. One security guard (unarmed) to cover the entire property all day. Bad area plain and simple.

Decent apartment recently renovated. The best pricing in the area. Square footage and closet space is modest but doable. Management is very nice.

I want to know why no one calls back, are you all just sitting in the office watching the phone ring? you have a JOB TO DO. I am trying to move and you all make it impossible to rent. PLEASE CALL BACK
