Bask Deer Valley

I really want to share our experience with the staff at Bask. We never even lived there, but they were so kind and considerate of our needs in helping us find the perfect place. We are relocating from the east coast, so finding an apartment was a challenge. The safety, location, and amenities were very important. My wife and I discussed over several weeks various options. And we fell in love with Bask and the helpful people that work there. They made us feel comfortable and welcomed. As life goes, some unexpected changes came to our family. Some very exciting changes actually. And we needed to make a decision quickly. We rented a two bedroom unit when the complex was new (before Graystar took over) and was never informed there would be a mandatory cleaning fee upon move out. Honestly, I don't believe there was such a fee when the complex was named The Livano. After living there only one year, we decided to move and were forced to sign a document specifying the only way to avoid this fee was to pay a professional cleaner. I decided to clean the apartment myself to minimize the amount taken from my security deposit and left the unit move-in ready (see photos). Despite my efforts, we were charged a full cleaning fee AND a carpet cleaning fee, a total of $300. I tried to schedule a meeting with the manager to discuss but this request was completely ignored. We love living at Bask Deer Valley! Some highlights include its great location, awesome amenities, and functional and modern floorplans with new appliances. We cannot say enough good things about the management staff! They have been incredibly professional, kind, and accessible. Irma is fantastic; she is always going above and beyond to help with any questions. We highly recommend Bask Deer Valley for anyone looking to live in North Phoenix!

I've had an amazing experience living at Bask Deer Valley Apartments! The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. The complex is beautifully maintained with clean common areas and lovely landscaping that make it feel like home. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed with great amenities that make daily life so convenient. One of the best features is the large swimming pool—it's perfect for relaxing or getting a good swim in, and it's always kept sparkling clean! Plus, the location is fantastic, close to everything you need but tucked away enough to feel peaceful. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to call Bask Deer Valley home—highly recommended!
