Baseline Manor Apartments

Coming from another apartment complex on Grand Island a few years ago, after my wife Annie died, I didn't know what to expect moving into Baseline Manor and renting from Glendale Dev. I was impressed the very first time I met a rep from Glendale and she showed me a unit. All questions I had were answered and I was able to secure a new set of kitchen and bathroom appliances which sealed the deal. After 3 years, I wanted to move into a larger unit with a balcony. Randy, the property manager helped make the move happen rather seamlessly. Again, I received basically a brand new apartment, top to bottom. I love it !!! In spite of the 5 star rating, which is mostly deserved, there a a few little issues that crop up now and then... but you'll get that ANYWHERE you rent from in the w

My fiance and I went to tour two different apartments last Tuesday. (They do showings Tuesdays and Thursdays only at 4pm so be prepared to be with a lot of others while looking for your apartment, probably do this to make you think tons of people are interested so you'll buy. Don't fall for it!) We were told to go upstairs and look at the first 2 bedroom the place was gutted. Renovating. No one showing us around. There was another family of three with a 5 year old child that could've gotten hurt. Then to the second apartment a lower level one bedroom. Absolutely disgusting. Ants crawling on the floors in the bathroom and flies in the toilets. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Quiet neighborhood,close to stores and great school area Maintenance has been here quickly for all work needed done. Great place to live.

Just stopped here to pick up someone. Parking area has a ton of potholes. Looks like some of the apartments need some work done to them. Wonder what they look like on the inside.
