We were genuinely excited to build our home with Toll Brothers and came into this process expecting the quality and professionalism the brand is known for. Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing — not because of major construction delays, but because of how concerns were handled. Our project manager has often been dismissive when we’ve pointed out issues that clearly fall short of the promised standard. Small details like baseboards and trim may seem minor, but they reflect craftsmanship and pride — and ours were poorly done. Instead of accountability, we were met with excuses. Great buying experience- Lori was amazing and very responsive. Community amenities are top notch - lots of green spaces - larger lots, and every week during the build process we had a weekly call on building progress - and weekly calls continuing for a month after our move in. Also lots of variety of floor plans- and best of all the people in the community are friendly and welcoming! Definitely worth your time checking out!
