Barrington Square Apartment

This is the best complex I've lived in as far as maintenance goes. They do a good job making sure the parking lot is cleared of snow in the winter, and they consistently change air filters as well as spray outside for pests. You can submit maintenance requests online, and they normally respond quickly. My unit is nice and very affordable. The community is quiet, and I've never had any issues with noise or the people around. There's always plenty of room for parking too. The only things I would change are updating the inside of the units (updating floors, repainting walls) & encouraging residents to clean some of the "clutter" from their porches.

Problems are taken care of quickly. Maintenance man isn’t very friendly. Complainer and whiner! Apartments are decent though. Owner is very nice. Prices are good. Could use some landscaping though. Wouldn’t be that expensive to make it look really nice. Everything is weeds, walks are never trimmed. When it snows the walks are not clear I am handicapped and I have a problem getting to my car. Wishing they would pay more attention and care more about the people that live here. Then it would be 100% nice. Wouldn’t take much.

Not bad.. Would really like to know the true history off these odd little apartments, each one is cut up differently & the 3 bldgs are laid out really odd. The rent is cheep & the high ceilings are nice. If you don't care about a professional "complex" then this is it.

Lived here in my early 20s. A lady named Kathy was the owner back then. This place was roach infested. I had to throw out everything I owned. Don't rent here. Kathy also refused to tent the building even after everyone in the building even said please do something. She rented some to people state rent and would let children live in those kind of conditions. Unless you are willing to throw away all of your electronics and cooking appliances move somewhere else or commute to St. Charles.
