Barony Place Apartments

My air conditioner hasn’t been working for a few days now. I called the office and was told that they only have one guy that fixes air conditioners and he won’t be back until next week sometime. The manager Jenny was very rude when I spoke to her about the issue. I asked if the rent will be prorated next month and was told no that I must Waite another week before I can get air. They have poor Management and needs to be replace because they don’t care about the tenants.

Sharon is very rude I complain about my light bill being 672 for one month and no one came to look at it and then she said my apartment was recking in weed and she allergic couldn’t take the smell and I had drugs and gun but no proof only proof is my son 5 years ago around the time I move in from being in an apartment with rats in there other property so she don’t wNt to do my lease for another year Imma fight it in court but the funny thing is I got proof that the maintenance people drink and get high on the clock one last thing the stove they brought me was nasty dirty and they didn’t clean it I had to it’s sad but treat people how u want to be treated and stop going on people kids facebook and sending the police to your house thanks I can’t wait for my lawsuit to be over

I moved from over here almost two years ago and that was the worst decision of my life I loved living over here!! So yup I reapplied since last year and hopefully I’ll be back over there real soon and I can’t wait and my babies are ready as well

Houses are nice, it’s dangerous though they high speed and be shooting ..I lived there for 3 years, what they don’t tell you is they make you pay for the paint job whenever you move out ( the whole apartment) got a bill for over 1400$ .paint must be made out of gold or something…I put a deposit down , never got it back nor did they take it out the bill so I’m guessing they just keeping it lol smdh .. wouldn’t recommend!

The property manager Sharon is very rude and nasty , the maintenance staff there will walk straight in your house without a heads up or whether you’re home or not (I even had things go missing after they were in my unit); they will refuse to fix things & when you report it to housing Sharon will see to it you get evicted!!!this is no where for anyone who love their kids to have them live, black mold every where & bats have easy access into the apartments.
