I had a wonderful experience with Barham Properties! The whole process was fairly fast and easy, and my home was ready for move-in right away. Anything that needed to be adjusted or fixed was handled quickly— the maintenance crew was very nice, professional, and great to work with. Relocating to Nacogdoches for the new Amazon facility could have been stressful, but the entire Barham team made everything so much easier. I love my new home and the location. Thanks to all of you for the smooth transition—highly recommended!

Abril with Barham Properties has been wonderful to work with! I needed to secure housing for an employee. If you've ever needed to rent, site unseen, you know this can be taxing and nerveracking!! Especially if you've never visited the area. Although Barham was the last inquiry I sent out, they were the first ones to respond, and almost immediately! I’m currently renting with Barham Properties and couldn’t be happier. The place is beautiful, super clean, and still affordable, which was such a relief. The whole move in process was easy, and anytime I had a question the office team got back to me right away. Abril, McKenzee, and Tessa were all so sweet and made me feel really welcomed. I even ran into McKenzee after signing my lease, and she was just as friendly as before and even checked in with me.
