Barefoot Resort Rentals

I’ve had an excellent experience with Chris at Barefoot Rentals. We closed on our home on a Friday and she had a long term tenant for us by the very next Monday. All questions are answered promptly. As a matter of fact, she contacted me from a referral of our realtor before I even got the chance to call her. There seems to be a stringent vetting process in place which made us very comfortable, as we live out of state and this is our first investment property. We highly recommend Barefoot Rentals.

My family had a great time at this resort. The staff went above and beyond in communicating about my request for an early checkin. Their friendly attitude made renting from out of state much easier and significantly less stressful. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

We stayed at 914 Ironwood in the Barefoot Resort. Reservation process was great- only improvement would have been to pay and book online. The condo was exactly as pictured and had modern decor and plenty of dishes and cooking supplies in the kitchen something some other rentals we have had were really lacking. In the condo itself only thing missing was a vacuum- really need that when staying a week and some beach chairs and beach towels would have been nice. We fly down so bringing a lot is not an option. Condo had lots of little extras in decor/bedding etc that made it really nice. Tennis court/pools were fabulous although we still saw people smoking and with glass bottles around pool in spite of all the signs and a staff member sitting there did nothing to stop them. It is a nuis

The young lady at the office was friendly when I went to pick up the pool passes. We enjoyed our condo in the North Tower. I did express my concern about random stains on our carpets, she did offer to send someone to clean them for us. Great location to the area restaurants and attractions and beautiful views from the balcony. When we stayed in these condos before, the pool was open until 10 pm, this allowed you to enjoy the hot tub. They now have the pool close at sunset, about 8:30 pm. The air did not cool enough for us by 7 or 8p to want to go in the hot tub.

Great people to deal with. Stayed in 1134 in the havens, overlooking the waterway and Greg Normans 10th hole. Great to relax on the deck watching boats cruise by and golfers teeing it up.
