Peggy is the BEST property manager. She manages the property very well & keeps it maintained. Just call her with any issue and she makes sure the issue is handled quickly. When I moved in from another state she was always so kind from start to finish to get me into the apartment. She accommodated me even on the weekend when I moved in because I was not able to make it on a Friday. She made sure to get the keys to me & made sure everything was working & in order in the apartment & that I was happy with the apartment. The maintenance man is always so kind & comes as soon as you call him with anything. Also the best. I had the pleasure of meeting the property owner & he was so very kind & friendly. That is a rarity to find an owner who cares about the tenant & listens to the tenant. Very ni
The apt was all. Theanagemt was not nice.they started with 3maintencen and ended with only one.it a long time to get anything fixed in the apt. The bathroom tiles took 3uears toget fixed. They recently were bought over and raised my rent from900to1300. The people who live around you are very nasty and pruinto your business . Too many restrictions for the renters.
The roaches here are OUT OF CONTROL! I’m angry I had to stay here for a full year due to my lease agreement. Management would say exterminators are coming and at times they wouldn’t even show up to service apartments. This place is equivalent to a MOTEL with the amount of roaches it’s absolutely disgusting I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE to live it’s absolutely atrocious. On one occasion I was sitting at my dining table and felt something crawling on my foot and there was no surprise to what it was, I’m scarred for life with this experience I don’t think I ever want to live in an apartment ever again…
I truly love living. I have been here since 2015 and it gets better every year! Peggy is the best property manager!
Well maintained and lovely neighbors and it’s on same property as library absolutely appreciated and the leasing lady Peggie is the best!
