Rented a storage space made a payment but have not received an email confirmation receipt. Anything with telling me what I just did confirming what I just did a little disappointing.

I’ve put in multiple maintenance request since May of last year. None of them recently have been met. Recently found black mold and it took over 5 days for any response/action to be done. At this point I just keep a record of everything not taken care of in case I need to get legal representation. There has been a fan drying the ceiling since mid November and I’ve clearly been forgotten about. I’ve put in a list of multiple maintenance request other than this but they responded to this one but again, it took 5 days just to bring in a fan, and then do nothing else afterwards.
