I called on a Saturday and had to leave several messages. Heather called me back on Monday and apologized for not having called sooner. She explained that they were a small company but that she would always return my calls. We discussed the property I was interested in and she answered my questions and even sent her husband, another agent with AlaHomes, to the property to take more photos for me. It was a long process and 10 days prior to closing, immediately before the final inspection by our mortgage lender the home was vandalized and much of the plumbing was stolen. Heather worked with the seller to allow us to have a contractor make repairs and qualify for our mortgage. By the time it was over I had worked with Heather, Josh and Randy. My husband and I couldn’t be happier.
