My husband and myself had great results with purchasing our first home with Barbara Smith. She was very attentive to what we were looking for. Any questions we had she would explain to us in detail to where we understood everything and was very prompt on responding and going through the process. She is professional and very fun to be around. We would recommend her to everyone who is purchasing a home. Wish I could give 10 stars.

Although relatively new to the business, Barbara repeatedly demonstrated the necessary knowledge, combined with a strong desire to satisfy us as customers. She showed us several houses, learned from each we saw to better understand our desires, and ultimately led us to the home we purchased. We were in a situation where we did not have to buy in a particular time period, and Barbara didn't pressure us in any way. She simply worked with us in our specific situation.

Relationships. Barbara understands the value and importance of relationships. Her friendly outreach over 2 years is the sole reason we chose her as our selling realtor. Her responsive and solution-oriented professionalism is why we stayed with her and why we’re so glad we did!

Barbara is a very hard worker for her clients. She is patient, kind and jumps through hoops to please. She is always only a phone call away and returns calls. Always up front with the client.
