I recently bought a home where Barbra was both a part-owner and the selling realtor. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating. Communicating with her was a nightmare; she often ignored our messages and was uncooperative. It felt like she used her position and experience as a realtor to hide numerous issues with the property. Now, she refuses to respond to either my realtor or me. Her peers in the real estate industry have also told us they avoid working with her at all costs.
