I scheduled an appointment with this company for Wednesday, August 27th at 11:00 AM. After already confirming, I received a call at 10:25 AM the same day from J@smine C, who canceled last minute because she was “overbooked.” This was extremely inconvenient — instead of notifying me earlier in the morning (or the day before), I was left waiting until less than an hour before the scheduled time. On top of that, when she first called after my inquiry, she repeated the same questions over and over, wasting time instead of streamlining the process. This company turned out to be a complete waste of time. Do not bother — they are unprofessional, poorly managed, and inconsiderate of people’s schedules.

Working with Barb is a joy! She is professional, hard working and was always available when I need her. Her care and diligence with her clients is unparalleled. She can always be counted on to think outside the box and to come up with solutions for her clients. She has a calming nature that makes the transaction a pleasure! I highly recommend her!
