Mrs. Ciricillo is the best realtor! She will continue to work hard until the deal is closed. I have sold and purchased 2 homes using her talent and many years of contacts. She made the process very easy and knew exactly what we were looking for before we did. I recommend her for anyone.

I was the seller and Ms. Ciricillo was NOT my realtor. At closing Ms. Ciricillo was to bring a check in the amount of $3,000.00 for the balance owed over and beyond her commission from the earnest money that the buyer gave her. She did NOT bring a check and promised to bring it the following day. I was not present at closing as I reside in Florida but the closing continued and the keys were handed over to the new buyer. I have questioned everyone as to where the money is as I still haven't received it and it has now been over a week. I am being told by the attorney that: 1. Yes, I am correct that no keys should have been exchanged but they went on good faith and 2. the realtor, Ms. Ciricillo, "claims" that she mailed the check last week 3. He continues to call her daily on the money owed I

Barb was amazing. She sold our house quickly at a time when the market was not the greatest for sellers. She was patient, pleasant, responsive and experienced.
