Bank of Texas Mortgage

It’s been nothing short of a nightmare ever since they bought my mortgage from another company. I tried and tried to get information from them, and they kept telling me to call back. Then decided to charge me late fees after I had spent hours trying to get info during the transition to them from my other servicer. I have literally spent dozens of hours on the phone with these people with no relief. I would strongly recommend you find another mortgage company. I’m actually spending time investigating how to refinance so I can get rid of these people.

My husband made appointment to sign documents for his land and get his money plus they keep rescheduling and canceling now we have other location that is going to help us on Friday.

This awful company bought my mortgage. Every month it’s an absolute fight to pay my mortgage. I’m tempted to refinance just to get away from these people. I’ve never had so much trouble giving somebody thousands of dollars.
