My experience with the Bank of England/David Falcon for a home mortgage was outstanding. He made my experience personal-more than just about the 'numbers'; 1. David helped me through the maze of automated data requests, 2. He helped me through the details of the loan approval/closing processes, 3. He was available and responded to phone calls and emails after business hours, 4. Of all the parties involved in this home purchase, David was my 'go to' contact, 5. His 'old school' business methods were very reassuring in this increasingly automated world, and I truly appreciated that. It was the primary reason that I chose to do business with Bank of England.

John Simone is absolutely amazing to work with. He made our home buying process so easy and smooth. He was on top of making sure every document was sent to us immediately to make sure we closed at the initial given date. And he made that happen. Highly recommend anyone looking for a lender, give John a call. Great guy, very professional and an amazing lender!

I would not recommend this mortgage company to anyone. The level of disorganization and poor communication was shocking. I expected expertise and professionalism from a lending institution. Instead, I felt belittled by every single person I dealt with.
