The managers stare at you from their hiding spots. You can see them enjoy wasting 20 extra minutes, 9/10 times. It is severely understaffed, bizarre and ridiculously horrible. They check their coins before you buy any, right after you ask.

I went here for help with a wire transfer and waited 20 minutes in line, only to be told they couldn’t assist me because the bank was closing in 30 minutes. If they can’t handle transactions close to closing time, they should let customers know ahead of time instead of wasting their time. Very disappointing experience.

Dont deposit your checks here 3 times theyve put my check on hold im so mad bad customer service i cant wait 1 week for my check i need to pay bills
