I just moved into NoHo14 and had a bit of a rough start due to the leasing office transitioning to a new system. However, Donnel handled everything quickly and professionally once the issue came up. He acted promptly, communicated clearly, and made sure things were resolved appropriately. As of today, I can confidently say I’m satisfied and appreciate the way Donnel stepped in to help. Thank you for making the move-in process smoother.

I am writing a review for a horrible experience I had at the Noho 14 apartments in North Hollywood. Can you make help me write a review that will get my experience living here to help future tenants, here was my whole experience I was a tenant at the NOHO 14 for 4 years. We were one of the most understanding tenants at the building we lived in unit 1405 which had beautiful views but to be honest the experience here wasn't pleasant. To begin with within the first six months of us moving in one of the three elevators went out leaving only two functioning elevators for a building that has over 150 units operating 24 seven and some tenants are handy cap and rely on the elevators. There was never any sense of urgency to ever repair the elevators. Until this last October that they finally star

I took a tour last week with the leasing consultant named Romy and wow! What a pleasure he was. Immediately upon entering I noticed how on top of things he was. Really caring about the residents experience and for me that was a big thing. We did a walk through on a couple of units that were very large and spacious by the way! He gave his insight on the many ways you could decorate the space which really let you envision yourself there. He was a pleasure to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I had some concerns with the unit not being as clean as l'd like. More wear and tear than a cleaning issue. He was very reassuring and said when I did pick a unit we could do a walk through and I could point out anything that I didn't like and he would have his team do what they could which was nice.

First - Greystar Management Property that settled lawsuits with 8 states for price fixing using RealPage. Second - Constant building issues: * Elevator 3 broken for 2 years. Original repair finish date was Sept/Oct and still no fix (Feb) * Elevators 1 and 2 break during the summer - several days of outage in a 14 story building * Regular water shutoffs - could be once a week for a month, but at least once a month * Service Management don't fix issues - problems with AC unit, dryer, loud electrical humming. Their response, "It's an apartment complex so noises are to be expected." The noise wasn't present before and several things in our unit need maintenance * Property management is rarely in office, and when they are they're despotic, boorish, and arrogant. They rarely make themselves ava

If I could leave negative stars I would. Terrible experience since the beginning and I was there less than a year. From unexpected 8 hour water shut offs (yes 9-5) to the elevators breaking every week at least. Feeling anxious everytime to get in the elevator because you just never knew if you'd be the one that got stuck next! No tenant is happy and a lot of people prefer to break the lease and pay rather than dealing with this place. To top it all off, during move out a "moving company" that was hired by Greystar management which are the owners of this property, stole our personal belongings that are SO FAR adding up to about $12,060. Save yourself the nightmare of this place and look ANYWHERE else. They are also overcharging for a "luxury" apartment but nothing about this building is lux
