Bandera Crossing

The office staff is awesome, they’re always helpful and friendly. I have never had any issue with getting maintenance work done, anytime I have put a work order in, the job has been done within hours of me placing the work order if not sooner. The residents are quite at friendly, I have lived here going on 3 years and have zero complaints!

Stayed for a little over 1 year. My stay started off quite well considering I got what I paid for the unit. Roaches and other insects then started to frequent even after deep cleaning, adding roach repellent traps, and management sending someone yearly to spray. Doors were off centered and had cracks under where cool air would leave and insects would make their way in. A/C unit would go out at least 1-2 times a month, the speed at getting it fixed would vary. Drains would sometimes emit fowl odors due to the pipes being old even after cleaning the sinks and drains. I also found mold in places you wouldn’t think would have mold in them. Little room with water heater was insanely dirty. Carpet was old and dirty even after getting it cleaned professionally. Washers and dryers would be broken

The move was seamless and I was approved within 24 hrs I had keys by day 2. The customer service was amazing and the manager was great!!

Whenever we moved into these apartments the window was broken and a few shelves in our closet were broken as well, not only that the windows are poorly made and all sorts of insects flew in through the cracks of the windows, and so so many roaches!!, all the appliances are very outdated and the washers and dryer almost never worked, you definitely get what you pay for, mail was constantly broken into!! Dog poop everywhere!! And not only that here comes the best part we went on an important and personal trip and we were gone for a while and when we came back our door lock was changed!!! The rent was payed and the bills were payed for!! But they still changed the door lock and we were planning on breaking lease in another month, but no they went ahead and went into our homes like rats and ch

I love it here at Bandera Crossing! I cant wait to move back in for my future stay. The office staff is very understanding and always friendly. Catherine and Alyssa made my transition very easy and I truly appreciate them all here at Bander Crossing. This place is always very clean, quiet, and work orders are promptly handled, and the POOL, OMG, its nice! Thank you for all you do!
