Living at Balsa has been a PHENOMENAL experience! The location is only a very short walk to everything great that DC has to offer, from fascinating tourist sites to trendy restaurants and excellent shopping. The property management team members are very friendly and helpful. Marcus and Jeremiah are present, available, and genuinely interested in making sure that your home at Balsa is everything that you expect and more!

It’s really nice living here! The Lobby is really fancy(like a hotel) and you can always come downstairs to do self-study. The workers are also warm and helpful. Marcus helped me a lot when I first moved in. We also have frequent events that you can social with other residents.

Had a great experience living at Balsa. Marcus and Krista were awesome leasing agents. They were very responsive, and made sure residents were taken care of. The apartment, gym, and work areas were great. Would recommend.

is a great place to call home! all of the staff are always there for you and the neighbours are welcoming the building is quiet and really close to a grocery store and a cvs. the staff organises gatherings that help us mingle and the sharing areas are clean and comfortable.

Loving my experience at Balsa Apartments so far! The area is great, staff is very friendly, and the apartments are stunning. Marcus has been very helpful and consistent since I first came in as a prospective tenant. I had seen some concerns online about water smell, but that hasn’t been an issue at all in my experience. Highly recommend!
