The management is super amazing. Always willing to help when needed. Maintenance request are typically handled fast and within 24hrs depending on what’s needed. The neighborhood is kid friendly. The area is 10/10 located near all your needs such as markets, shopping great schools. I am active duty military and it’s the perfect area and drive to Ft Benning. Highly recommend.

I have enjoyed the opportunity to live at ballantyne Commons columbus for over a year now. The quiet and peace of mind i have now since being a happy and blessed senior citizen with the benefits I like. The leasing office staff and other employees make things so pleasant when the need arises to contact them. At this time. I have no complaints, just blessed 🙏 to live at ballantyne commons columbus. Nice, quiet, modern apartment community. The property management is always helpful and understanding. Maintenance always show up within 24 hours. I do wish the hardwood planks that are in the entry and kitchen were continued in the office, hall, living and dining room areas. Nonetheless, I have been a resident for 2 years and I am enjoying my stay.

Have lived here for 2 years now.. Management refuses to handle noise issues. The apartment above has anywhere from 4-6 children all the time. Getting a nights rest is near impossible as the children are allowed to run and jump as late as 2:30 am. Unable to use balcony as it is constantly filthy from neighbors and children pushing trash through floor, my children have even gotten wet because they play with water and drinks on the balcony. Ceiling fixtures have come down due to the running and jumping. Vehicles towed, marijuana usage. Car wash doesn’t work properly. Fitness center equipment is broken and very hazardous. We asked about lease breakage informed 60 day notice plus an additional 2 months rent. I could never recommend this as suitable housing.

I moved to Ballantyne Commons in 2024. I've been very satisfied with the staff, neighbors, and amenities that are available. I have no complaints that I can't resolve myself at this time. The community is quiet and peaceful enough for me.
