Ballantyne Commons of Augusta

I moved in a year ago and being here has been great. The staff is very nice and always very pleasant. Also when something needs to be changed or repaired maintenance is jolly on the spot to get it done. Really glad to be living here. The apartments are really a nice size. Very roomy and comfortable.

These are the BEST of the Best Apartments in the Augusta Area.. the staff and the tenant community are the nicest of people.. they have holiday activities and fun times year round.. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time living at Ballantyne Commons..

Me and my family feel very warm and safe here and we never have to worry about anything. Our kids love the different activities that takes place during the holidays. The property is always well kept and always looks amazing. Thanks a lot.

She is highly professional and business-oriented. The maintenance team is friendly and quick to address any issues. In my four years here, the only issue I’ve encountered was a leak from the unit above me. The emergency maintenance team responded promptly, providing temporary solutions until it was fully resolved the next business day. The issue was handled quickly, so I was able to continue my daily routine without disruption. The staff’s notes and emails are also very helpful, providing advance notice for pest control visits or maintenance tasks. The neighbors are friendly while remaining respectful of each other’s space.
