Ball Rentals

I moved in in Dec 2023. Although I am moving i couldn't begin to explain how great the experience was living here. If i didn't need more space I would never leave. Stacy has been tremendous!!!

Lived at the house for 8 years, through lots of illness on my part, I loved the location and the home. Lots of good memories. Stacey was great to work with and always was able to help when needed! Highly recommend!

We rented a property managed by Ball Rentals for two years, and for a rental experience, they were exceptional. The staff has always been friendly and professional. We rarely had maintenance issues, but the handful of times we did, Stacey responded immediately and had someone over to take care of it right away. The level of service and attention to detail provided by Ball Rentals made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality rental experience!

I recently rented from Ball rentals starting October 2024. Unfortunately I lost my job in December, I continued to pay my rent until March 2025. I notified the rental office of my situation and was told that I could only break the lease if I paid another month and I would also forfeit my deposit. I explained that I just didn’t have the money because of waiting on my unemployment to be approved. They did not care! I even moved out at the end of February so that they could put the house back on the market for rent without having to go through the entire eviction process. They do not care.The house was left in great condition and I already knew that I would be losing the deposit; but I received an email that they were still going to pursue a judgement against me for the remainder of the lease

How is this even allowed in a housing facility?!? Went to change out the kitchen faucet head and discovered this! A house rental where maintenance is not first priority. Please be aware!!! Ball Rental please address this!! We are very concerned! Each time we’ve reported maintenance concerns to the landlord we are threatened by retaliation in fear tactics of possibly being removed . It is a responsibility to report maintenance issues so we do and there’s always that retaliation that follows. Mind you that rent continues to increase each year. How is this fair? We generally do not post negative reviews because we understand the impact that it may have. There comes a point when enough is enough especially when we’ve been kind and respectful in communicating concerns.
