PLEASE UPDATE YOUR PHONE NUMBER. This is absolutely ridiculous. The amount of calls we get because Baldwin Rowe can't be bothered to update their phone number. If you're not going to correct it at least remove it.

Baldwin Rowe, either delist your phone number or actually list the correct number. The number listed is mine. I've emailed you multiple times. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The townhome I live in is absolutely stunning. The realtor who manages my rental is extremely helpful and responsive to any and all needs. That’s what makes it three stars. The overall property management is completely absurd. The two female managers are rude and completely disrespectful. It took them over two weeks to simply get a gate code so I could even come in or out. Three months later I am still waiting on the remote control for the gate. Honestly, if you expect them to do anything, even the bare minimum, you’ll be extremely disappointed.

Friendly neighbors, HOA rules are somewhat reasonable, but the management is rude and disrespectful. There is absolutely no where to park so if you plan on living here and having anyone visit you they will either need to walk or ride with you, heaven forbid you park in a parking spot without a parking pass for 5 minutes or Hitler at the front desk will raineth hell upon you. Maintenance man is cool though, we like him.

This townhome community is well managed. The property is clean and details are taken care of quickly. There are many rules in the community like any HOA. It is important we follow these rules to ensure a safe and clean environment for all the residents. I have never had an issue with noise. It's a peaceful community. The gates have been an issue but the costs to repair them are high and the HOA is working on them.
