Baldwin Harbor Apartments

The Baldwin Harbor properties are beautiful. I enjoyed my seven years there. The rooms, the appliances and interior hallways are well designed and the property management kept everything in order and the landscaping and pool area were always clean and manicured. The property management team were always friendly and responsive. Service requests were sometimes answered same day or second day maximum. I will miss Baldwin Harbor.

I’ve had an excellent experience at Baldwin Harbor Apartments thanks to Blanca and Val. Both of them go above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported and taken care of. Blanca is always warm, patient, and incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns. Val is efficient, attentive, and consistently follows through, making the whole leasing and living process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and genuine care for residents truly set this community apart. Highly recommend working with them!

We moved here for peace. It has become anything but peaceful. The pool area has become a circus. No one to control what has become a most DISRUPTIVE, disrespectful and out of control area. People were outdoors- just feet from all of our living areas- beds etc. - until midnight last night. Yelling. Music. Jumping in pool. Throwing mud, building “forts” with the Baldwin Harbor lounge chair! Now it is a Sunday morning and kids are already out there yelling and kicking a soccer ball all as their family so not remind them that PEOPLE LIVE HERE!!! This is NOT the YMCA or a pool club. This is supposed to be upscale living. We have no one to help residents keep peace. A so called safety officer who is rarely on property and takes no true action to help. My fam and I losing sleep. Living here has been a masterclass in mismanagement, incompetence, and astonishingly poor communication. You’re not paying for luxury, you’re paying for a circus. Let me be clear: this is not a complaint born from a minor inconvenience. This is the result of repeated, avoidable failures by a staff that seems more invested in deflecting blame than resolving problems. Let’s start with the financial discrimination I experienced from Blanca, (Where I walk in the office and see my father’s taxes flaunted in the middle of the office and had to intercept and ask for the paperwork back).
