Lived here for 21 years. Friendly neighbors. Very good and friendly landlord. Clubhouse and HOA activities keep my wife and I entertained. Very happy living here. One level living at our advanced age makes life easy. The location offers easy access to highways, stores and doctors, etc. One of the best choices we’ve made. Five thumbs up👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Spoke to a guy here named Johnny, seemed like a nice fella. He kept banging on about 6 and a half foot chains he wanted me to have as he had been carrying them around all day. Highly recommend.
I have lived at Waterview Village for almost 25 years and have enjoyed every minute. Our park is beautiful and well taken care of. Wonderful management and super nice neighbors.
Ver happy with the quality of work doe by Balboni Companies on our home at 23 Jill Marie Drive. Waterview Village is a great place to live and well kept up.
My landscaper bought 7 yards of soil for new grass. They raked 2 yards of “ROKS”, never again! Terrible products.
