Bala Woods at Kingwood Apartments

We have been here a while now and even though we loved it here before, it has improved even more with the current management team. The office staff that I have encountered so far (Ajee, Yazmin and Jennifer) are so kind, friendly, thorough and helpful. The tenants who have been here longer than us definitely share my opinion concerning the staff. The property is very quiet, safe, well maintained and feels like home. It’s one of the only apartments I’ve lived at where the tenants and staff all felt like close neighbors in a tight knit community.

I’ve been here for two years and Ajeé is by far the best Property Manager we’ve had. He’s raised the property to a higher level and really elevated its status. I’m happy to live here because of him. It’s such a great property.

Love it here. Absolutely love my apartment. Affordable,spacious and quiet. The new management and staff are great. Maintenance handles all concerns immediately as soon as possible. And I’m so excited I may be signing another lease next year. Thanks Bala Woods at Kingwood for a great 7 months.

What is there not to love about Bala Woods at Kingwood Apartments. The neighborhood is clean, the is little to no noise, and the staff is amazing. The Community Manager Ajee Palmer always goes above and beyond to assist me. He is truly phenomenal. The Assistant Yazmin and the Maintenance Lead Ramon are always available to take care of any and every issue and they resolve problems very quickly. Having my own personal garage and the dog park are two of my favorite aspects about my townhome. Being able to sit on my patio to read or work from home is excellent. However, this is probably one of the most safe areas I've lived in. My amazon packages can sit on my porch for weeks and they will still be there, if you wanted to you could leave your vehicle and doors unlocked and sleep with not a sin

The new management is doing a great job and we have been loving living here! They have helped us with all the questions we have and are so friendly! The maintenance staff are very kind and tend to any needs or fixes very quickly! Its been such a turn around in reviews since we have moved in here and I can agree with all of them! Its been amazing living at Bala Woods!
