I CURRENTLY live here and it’s been absolute hell. Management is constantly changing and treat tenants like “less than”. Maintenance in the building is horrible (laundry room and garbage area is constantly dirty), crime and theft is horrible (tweakers and package thieves constantly coming in), the cameras on the grounds don’t work, the “secure” parking lot gate is always getting jammed, some of the people they allow to live here are horrible neighbors (literally saw one of them shit in the visitor parking), smells like dog piss everywhere, and much much more. I’m just waiting for my lease to end so I can finally LEAVE. I hope I get my deposit back too because a lot of people don’t and Bakery lofts gets taken to small claims courts (where they always LOSE)

Absolutely garbage. I've lived here for 5+ years and this place is disgusting. Do NOT be fooled into renting one of these apartments. There is a chronic crime problem in the complex. Stolen cars, smashed windows, apartment break-ins, package theft. The management is not absent... they actively work to harass the residents and destroy the community. You can expect multiple threatening emails per day from Tacori or whatever other disposable manager they hire this moth. What a great way to spend $3k a month! HAH. Meanwhile they provide one dumpster for hundreds of residents which overflows every week into the parking lot, spreading refuse to the wind all over our cars. Classy. Do yourself a favor and don't fall victim to this place. It's literal trash, just like the people that own it.

I’ve lived at Bakery Lofts for almost 5 years now. The company can’t keep a management team for more than a year because of poor working conditions and being over worked and under paid. I love my apartment and that will never change (why there are two stars). The area we’re located in happens to be going down hill and crime is on a rise. I feel like ALOT of times we as tenants aren’t being taken care of and were told to just reach out to our corporate office. I would love to be more in the loop of what we can do for our safety. The apartments amenities are run down or they don’t exist. UPDATE 2025: I’m so sad to report that this property only got worse. I’ve lived here with my husband since November 2019- where we’ve paid our rent on time every single month. I started an outdoor garden wi

Imagine paying thousands of dollars to live somewhere with no amenities, dealing with subpar pay-per-use laundry machines, questionable management in the past, and taking the time to decorate your space to make it feel like home—only to have management label every piece of outdoor decor in the apartment complex as trash. To make matters worse, you're then given just five days to remove patio furniture, decor, plants, and bikes, with the threat that management will dispose of them themselves if you don’t comply. If you're thinking about moving here, think twice. Management shows zero respect for tenants' personal spaces or belongings, issuing sudden, unreasonable notices that force you to either comply or watch your property disappear. It's clear that tenant well-being is not a priority he

Rent hikes every year. The place is poorly managed, and packages get stolen all the time. The new neighbors leave a lot to be desired compared to when we moved in. We frequently have to clean up after other people’s dogs, remove other people’s dryer lint, and deal with lazy behavior in the trash area. If you live downstairs, it’s like an echo chamber for noise, so if you have disrespectful upstairs neighbors (like we do), you’re in for a world of misery. We banged on the ceiling one night to hint that the noise level was getting out of hand, and the neighbor came down and forced his way into our home until I physically removed him. My recommendation is to avoid this place. It was a wonderful community for a long time, but when we moved in three years ago, the old-timers were moving on, a
