All East Bay Properties

My family has a long history of working with Jason Crouch and All East Bay Properties. Over the last 4-1/2 years Jason has managed my Bay Area income properties and this year we used All East Bay’s MJ Schmidt to sell one of them too. Our experience has been very positive. Jason and his staff are responsive to issues and concerns, communicate regularly with me, as the property owner, and send monthly and year end reports that make tax time less stressful! In recent years I’ve moved away from the Bay Area so having the daily assistance of All East Bay Properties to monitor and manage my real estate assets has made a huge difference!!

Jason (owner) and his associate have managed our rental properties in Emeryville and Oakland since 2006 and 2012. We're very satisfied with their services. They take care of every detail of the properties, including indoor maintenance and repairs. They always keep us well informed with prompt communications. And they ALWAYS, almost immediately, find QUALIFIED new tenants for our properties when they're vacant.

I have been taken care of by All East Bay Properties for several years now , and it's been a great experience for me. They have freed up the time and energy I was spending with the daily management of an older building, and by doing that they are helping me enjoy my retirement. Of course nothing is free, but the cost is fair and at my age I've learned that free time and peace of mind are worth paying a fair price for. Jason and his staff have also helped me navigate through some of Oaklands somewhat confusing regulations when they arise. I really appreciate Jason and his Staff for simplifying my life and helping me enjoy my retirement.
